How do I become a vendor at the Memphis International Flea Market?

Do I need a Tennessee Sales Tax ID?
Yes. If you do not have one, we can help you. Just give us a call or Click Here to download an application form.
How much is it to become a vendor?
The Memphis International Flea Market is currently not charging a fee. This is subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Are there any restrictions to what can be sold ?
Yes. No food, drink, or concession items can be sold at this Market without management approval. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit items, or outdated medications or merchandise are strictly forbidden and not to be sold on the premises. Nursery stock and live plants must meet special requirements prior to setting up. Dealers understand that they may not sell any item, which violates federal, state, or local laws. Dealer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Memphis International Flea Market, their employees, officers, agents, from any and all claims for damage arising out of actions of Dealer directly, or indirectly.
Can I pass out flyers without becoming a vendor?
No. Solicitation is not permitted on the grounds without written authorization from the management.

1. Arrive Early and bring someone to help with early shoppers and bathroom breaks. Keep your eyes on your booth and be aware of possible shoplifters.
2. Bring Change in an apron or cash box. Watch your box or apron.
3. If you bring an umbrella or canopy, please something to weigh it down with. We suggest a minimum of 40 pounds on each corner. If it is not weighed down, you may be asked to remove it. Our location tends to get windy.
4. On Hot Days, bring plenty of water.
5. Have Grocery Bags and newspaper for fragile items.
6. Pricing - Please do not get upset with someone wants to haggle over the price. This is customary in some areas and one of the fun things of Flea Marketing.
7. Returns - You may want to post a sign on your Return Policy.
